Hiya Everyone! My name is Tashera Jean and I am steampunk jewelry designer located outside Portland, Oregon. I have always been a huge fan of the steampunk genre but wanted to design something more unique. Something no one else was creating. Please don't misunderstand, all forms of steampunk jewelery are extremely beautiful, it's just not what I was looking for. My goal was to find a way to incorporate my love of animals with my passion for steampunk- hence, my Steampunk Animals© Jewelry line was born. All of my pieces are one of a kind and handmade by yours truly in a 10x10 foot laundry room. My family and I live in a 900 square foot shoebox we lovingly call our home so space is a luxury around here. All of my power tools are miniature in size- I even have a four inch blow torch! It's common knowledge around here that every room I craft in quickly becomes complete chaos. But for me, it's a small price to pay for not only saving items from our ever expanding landfill, but also creating something that will hopefully bring joy to others. Beauty.In.Chaos
