Tara J - Bio ————— As a choreographer I provide Hip Hop Choreography/Instruction to local/regional dancers including private dance training, competitive choreography, and also choreography for studios, high schools, and upon request at the professional NFL level. I am a Hip Hop Instructor at a local KC adult exclusive studio, Dance Fit Flow, where I teach the following classes: WERQ, Hip Hop Cardio, Adult Beginner Hip Hop, and Adult Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop. I am also a Hip Hop Instructor at Fearless Dance Center in Raymore, Mo. My dance experience includes the following: Certified WERQ Instructor, Hip Hop Choreographer/Dancer, Former Kansas City, Chiefs Cheerleader, Former Universal Dance, Instructor(UDA), and semi professional dance experience! ————————————————————————————- Caroline S - Bio———— Caroline S. Stull was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. She has over 20 years of dance performance experience, as well as 9 years of teaching experience. She began her training at age three where she specialized in various styles including jazz, modern, contemporary, hip-hop, lyrical, tap, ballet, and adult heels. Caroline has trained with professional instructors and choreographers like Mia Michaels, Sonya Tayeh, Twitch, Mandy Moore, and beyond. Her dance career began at Creative Arts Academy, then led to Conservatory of Dance Education, and ultimately Priscilla and Dana’s, as well as Staley High School Emeralds dance team where she graduated from and is now a well-respected alum. Caroline continued her dance career in college dancing on scholarship for the 7-time UDA National Collegiate Dance Champions, the Lindenwood Lion Lion. She then transferred after winning another title and danced in the conservatory at the University of Missouri-Kansas City where she majored in Business Management. She has helped open a KC dance company, as well as a dance-fitness studio, and customize a dance-barre program for a studio. She is not only vibrantly outgoing and creative, but organized, analytical, and professional. Her true love and passion is dance. Being a positive influence, light and motivator is what her ultimate goal is as a teacher. Discipline, consistency, confidence and individuality are born whenever her presence is instructing the space she is in. She believes every individual is special and can achieve all of their dreams through hard work, perseverance, faith, and love. You will always find her with a smile and a hug to give. Her choreography has gained national recognition earning top 10 overalls and judge’s awards encompassing all ages, levels, styles, and competitions. Whether it be studio dance, or dance team, there is nothing she loves more to do than lead the youth in art and athleticism.——————————————————————————— JaShawn Walker Bio ————JaShawn Walker started dancing at the age of 7 at MGM Studio of the Dance in Wichita, KS and later attended Midwest Dance Mechanix in Valley Center, KS. She danced competitively and has a dance background in jazz, ballet, lyrical and hip hop. While dancing at Midwest Dance Mechanix she was also a convention assistant for iHollywood Dance Convention. She has received numerous scholarships and awards including Dance of the Year at Midwest Dance Mechanix. She continued her dance career at the University of Kansas as a Rock Chalk Dancer. She was on the team for 4 years and held a captain position for 2 years. She has choreographed numerous sideline routines and halftimes in pom, jazz and hip hop during her time on the team. While dancing at KU she competed at UDA College Nationals for 2 years. JaShawn is now teaching, choreographing and judging auditions in the Kansas City area.
