Shades of J is a musical resonance brought forth due to the connection of singer/songwriter Justin Boudreaux who hails from Louisiana, guitarist/singer Jason Owen from Minnesota, and percussionist/singer Johnny Simon originally from Michigan. Just as the West Coast dream of a musical career beckons so many from other parts of the country, music itself and the passion it unleashes brought the three of us together. As a harmony-rich trio, we\'ve never had more fun playing, and those who connect with us are forever impacted.
