Fashion – Edmonton
My name is Sara Tanwir. I was born and brought up in the beautiful capital of Pakistan and that is where I received all my formal education. I had the privilege to study at one of the best fashion institutes and it was there that I discovered my love for shaping fabric into Art. My collections display my core values as a women in todays world who balances culture, traditions and the modern society. My designs are all about elegance that compliment a woman as she is and not change her identity. I design formal to semi formal ensembles, scarves and ethnic pumps that are all handmade in pure organic materials, with hand painted and screen printed art. My collection is a blend of the culture I grew up in and the culture of the place I now call home, Canada.
