Ragged Vagabond\'s philosophy on style is to wear what makes you happy with a sense of humor and confidence. RVC mixes \"girlie\" with a little \"rock n\'roll\" with our hand dyed, hand screen-printed (and hand drawn!), new clothing & accessories. Most T-shirt designs are inspired by photos and redrawn for the screen printing process. All sewn items are made from hand picked fabrics and are slightly inspired by burlesque costuming. RVC encourages everyone to never be afraid to always wear what you want, and make a statement while doing so.
The shop\'s owner & Creative Director, Angie Piccirillo, has always had an eye for vintage inspired items and is known for her often wacky sense of style. She\'s also known for always speaking her mind, and believing that creativity is what makes the world go \'round. She was an artist and performer while in high school, mostly focusing on illustration, computer animation, video editing/directing & dance (All forms, including ballet, jazz, tap, hiphop, contemporary, etc.). Angie\'s grandmother was a professional seamstress who could sew brilliant bridal gowns, and passed the talent down to Angie\'s mother. Angie\'s Mom is an amazing costume designer who taught Angie not only how to sew, but how to vintage shop and find the best and rare items. Angie has always been encouraged to \"wear whatever she wants,\" especially as a child - which often resulted in pink tutus with pig tails and \"My Little Pony\" rain boots in the middle of the Summer.
