Musical Mad Scientist, birthed from cosmic ashes, Opening the windows of your mind by singing through illusions and raising the frequency.
The name Phenix births out of pain, loss, and learning. Singing is my strength. Something embedded deep within my soul giving me a joy that nothing else can. As a child I put on shows for my family from the living room window to the kitchen counter top, anywhere was my stage.
I used to think that fame was my only option, but I\'ve learned there is more to being a musician. It\'s the power to help people and open their minds. I want to be that artist someone throws on and can find reassurance and happiness. To no longer be afraid to be a free-thinker, an innovator, to be different, to have a voice.
I want to change music. To push listeners to seek deepness and truth. Music has the power to heal, and in the mainstream it is being abused. That is what I aim to towards.
I was listening to a local radio station and they played \"Sunflower Samurai\", the co-host said that it made her feel happy and put a smile on her face. Those are the moments that make the hours of writing, recording, and mixing music alone in my small apartment worth it. I hope to influence millions of smiles. That is my purpose. To give listeners a light in their darkness.
