Yasmeen Powell was a Milwaukee native for majority of her life until the age of 18. She went off to collage to study Criminal Justice but quickly realized what her passion was. She started dabbling in makeup by watching YouTube tutorials, through trial and many errors and over a dozen swatches later she found her niche.
