Visual Art – Colorado Springs

I am a Colorado Springs native. I have been painting and drawing since I was a small child. My inspiration comes from a wide variety of sources: dreams, horror movies, music, anatomy, religion just to name a few. I have worked with several different mediums but currently prefer acrylics. My work has several recurring themes, such as: anatomy, self destruction, creation through destruction, human camouflage in the modern world, Dia de los muertos, conflict, balance, religion. I have several goals pertaining to my artwork, but the two most important to me are to inspire people to think for themselves, and hopefully do something creative with their lives.
