Lawanda Payne is a certified Make-Up Artist based out of the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. She has worked in the field for over 5 years. From childhood, Lawanda has always had a natural ability to draw, and after developing a love for make-up, the two seemed to “fit”. Lawanda has since has the pleasure of working with numerous photographers, models, designers, artists, brides, moms, and many others doing just what she loves…..creating beauty. Lawanda’s had the honor of working with some amazing teams and has been published four times over the last year, and has worked behind the scenes of several fashion events, and videos.
