Photography – New York - Brooklyn
I was born and raised in Pasadena, CA. I attended Cal State Northridge. While there , the love for Photography fell in to my lap. I immediately began interning for fashion photographers and even obtained an internship with an editorial agency allowing me to become published in fashion magazines overseas. After graduating I worked for a well known commercial and music photographer, Kate Turning. She became an unofficial mentor. freely teaching me more about the business and giving me chances that no other studios or photographers of her caliber would. It\'s from her that I got the inspiration to move to New York. I\'ve now been a resident for 2 years. Between 2010 and 2014 I have had a total of 5 exhibitions in Los Angeles and New York. I\'m excited to say that this summer, for the first time I\'ve curated a mixed media art show. I hope to pursue a career in curating shows as well as becoming a full time commercial/fashion photographer.
