Fashion – Edmonton
Kendra Evertson is a local emerging designer from North Edmonton. She took interest in fashion design and construction at a very young age receiving her first sewing machine at 12 years old as a birthday gift from her grandparents. For the next 10 years she experimented in designing, pattern making, creating and tailoring her own clothing. In 2014 she enrolled at MC college in their fast track diploma program for fashion design and apparel production- graduating in late 2015. She has stayed busy with projects and has had some chances to showcase her work on the runway through western Canada fashion week, collaborations, publishing’s as well as local events and fundraisers.
