Visual Art – Philadelphia

I use a high-velocity encaustic splatter painting technique that I developed by melting wax crayons with a hairdryer. The technique shoots hot wax directly at the canvas. I layer fluid and spatter layers to create contrast using negative space and homemade stencils. This creates a highly textured and vibrant painting.
