Julia Low

I am a current student at Laguna College of Art + Design studying Fine Art. I started painting representational art about 5 years ago where I studied at a private atelier in Argentina and fell in love with it. Since then I have started pursuing a career in the arts and am set to graduate in the spring of 2020.
