J. Travis Duncan is a self-taught artist from Evans, Georgia, a suburb of Augusta. He has been creating art since childhood and has continued to hone his craft over the years. J. Travis has leaned hard towards bright colors, palette knife painting, and lose brush strokes due to his love for Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, and Fauvism. His work is vibrant and kaleidoscopic which is in stark contrast to the negativity that has come to saturate media and culture. He looks at the beauty of God's creation for artistic awakening and wants to inspire and encourage others through his artwork. Currently, he is working in acrylics and creating hand drawn digital portraits.
