Joanna Ward

My work varies from simple line drawings and abstract sketches to detailed, life-like charcoal pieces. I love putting pen to paper and letting the ink write its own story; I rarely begin a piece with an idea in mind. As the pen moves, a creation takes form and I love watching it unfold. I started off with black and white pieces, but recently bold colours have splashed their way onto the page. I do commission pieces too, so please get in touch. I hope you enjoy these lil squiggles as much as I do creating them.
