Accessories – Orange County
Since I was a child, I was in love with wearing accessories and anything Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears and Disney! Any cartoon or show in the 80\'s that I enjoyed as a child always makes me feel nostalgic!
Over the years I noticed that many of these nostalgic characters I loved as a child were featured on trendy shirts and jewelry pieces. They were also sold at upscale shops. I would often fall in love with these pieces but were unable to purchase at such high prices. I am very crafty by nature and knew I could create something even better for myself!
I initially decided to make a few pieces for myself as well as friends and family. I knew I was on to something when I wore one of my own creations and was complimented frequently! An instant hit! Or as Borat would say, \"Great success!\"
With loving support from my hubby, I made the decision to open my very own shop on Etsy! Selling all of my adorable handmade creations!
My inspiration is vintage, shabby chic, kawaii and kitsch! Any cute vintage figurine, trinket, or charm that I enjoyed as a child I will turn into a necklace, earrings or a ring! I never take myself seriously; my pieces represent and express that! I get a kick out of creating new accessories that will garner more compliments to those who proudly wear them! All of my creations are so much fun, made with love and are definitely one of a kind!
