Ian Oteo was born in Boulder, Colorado and grew up in various cities along the front range. He is currently is based out of Denver Colorado where he enjoys live painting at events and art shows. His work can be found on an array of objects ranging from scrap wood with acrylic paint to acrylic slabs with laser engraving.
