Visual Art – Winnipeg

I've been into art and music my whole life. Played piano from age 8-17, then I started playing electric guitar at 17. In high school I would write poems and songs as a way to release any emotions, feelings, thoughts whether good or bad. Then I added drawing to the mix of things with my writings. But all my art, writings and playing music came to a cash once I moved to and live-in Toronto for many years. I got caught up with always going out to concerts, bars, anything with friends to get me out of the house. It was until the last few years that I just trapped back into my creative side. I went through a really bad break up and I remember how art and writing made me feel and how I could express myself through my work as well as it brought me back to feeling like myself again. What's new in my art now is I paint with acrylics along with using pastels, and anything I can find in my fathers garage!
