Cronulla expat graphic designer and collage artist now based in the inner west, Simon Welsh (aka Hipsterdirtbag) is a long term Librarian and short term designer. Embracing the bearded lifestyle and recently discovering that bald is sexy has added extra panache to my design aesthetic I have been making prints, wallart and design for over 5 years and have recently started to experiment with collage and paper art and mixing the two mediums together. Mainly selling works online I am beginning to use social media to network and trying to make a name for myself.
My work is colourful and embraces the queer, the tongue in cheek, the slightly absurd with a touch of hipster - basically a hot mess!
