Kristen Hedberg was born and raised in Richmond, VA, where she was magnetically drawn to dance at an early age. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in 2017 with a BFA in Contemporary Dance under the direction of Susan Jaffe. Kristen is also an alum of the Martha Graham School’s Professional Training Program, where she worked as a School Assistant.
Kristen has performed works by Martha Graham, Merce Cunningham, Doug Varone, Megan Curet, and Beth Soll, among others. She is currently a freelance dance artist in New York, NY.
