FUNQEST is born and raised in Gifu, Japan where he was inspired by anime and manga. Following a tumultuous lifestyle as a rock musician in his 20’s, FUNQEST began drawing influence from traditional Buddhism and developed a unique style that examines the impure nature of human beings. With a new vision, FUNQEST set his sights on New York where he currently resides with a universal vision.
