Photography – Melbourne
After moving to Melbourne straight out of school to pursue her dream of being an artist, Emily quickly dropped out of art school to attend local gigs and photograph Melbourne's live music scene. Inspired by the 60's and 70's, she now explores themes of surrealism, alternative fashion inspired by the 60's space age and the 70's rock and roll scene, and manipulation of natural sunlight within her photography. Emily shoots digitally occasionally but predominantly on film, aspiring to recreate the aesthetic of past era's through her images.
