Beauty – Kansas City
I am a 3rd year hairstylist working at The Glossary Salon in Overland Park. I went to school at Paul Mitchell as a second career choice. I grew up in Iowa always pretending to be a hairstylist on my poor cat or a teacher to my imaginary classroom. I first went to college for Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. Over a few years I decided that being a teacher for the rest of my life wasn't my passion and I took the leap to go back to school for cosmetology. I have loved every minute of it and I'm so happy I made the change.
