BIO:
DJ Matty Matt began his DJ career in 2007 in Australia performing at mobile DJ events. In 2009 he moved back to the USA, and began to DJ at college bars in Northfield, MN.
In 2011, Matty made his way into the Minneapolis, MN nightclub scene. He continues to be a resident DJ at the most elite nightclubs in Minneapolis, MN. In addition to nightclubs, Matty DJ’s for Professional Sports teams, Athletic events, Corporate events, Fashion & Art shows, and events in the rotunda at the Mall of America.
In 2013, Matty joined GenerationNOW Entertainment. He is a DJ for every Minnesota professional sports team and the University of Minnesota Men’s NCAA Basketball team, with GenerationNOW Entertainment.
Matty is an open format nightclub DJ. His ability to play to his crowd and take them on a musical roller coaster ride with quick mixes, turntable skills and playing the right song at the right moment throughout the night is what sets him apart from other DJ’s in the industry. When those lights come on at the end of the night the crowd will not want to get off the ride they’ve just been on.
