Darcy Langille brings new life to old and discarded paintings and mixed media artworks. Several reoccurring subject matter can be recognised, such as the relation with popular culture and mass culture. Using upcycled artwork and modern subject matter, a world where light-heartedness rules and where rules are undermined is created.
