Visual Art – Oklahoma City
Where did Christa come from? Speculation is profuse, but I know the truth. She was washed ashore from gray seas, fully realized and very pruney. She emerged from her shell, a sickly pearl. Eventually, she found herself at The University of Oklahoma where she studied Visual Communications and Art History. After school she deviated from her vocation by becoming a vagabond cruise ship entertainer. Crooning to and braiding the hair of over-fed folks wearing gold anklets and pinky rings. Christa has since returned from her self imposed early retirement and has begun painting again.
Her visual aesthetic is not afraid to get topless in a jaccuzzi; it looks good but doesn\'t take itself too seriously.
