I'm an East Bay freelance illustrator/designer. I believe black and white drawings are equally as powerful as full color illustrations. I believe every line in a drawing should have intention. I believe we should challenge ourselves to think about life's darker corners. Guilty pleasures? Watching reality TV shows when I'm supposed to be working, carrying my dog Eli to bed at night like a baby, and eating popcorn without using my hands. I believe that every work day should include a mandatory 20 minute power nap and that constraints fuel creativity. I believe that images are their own language.
