Photography – Richmond
A May 2016 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelors of Arts in Studio Art, I have an active passion for photography. I am a native of Winston Salem, North Carolina. From a tender age, I was attracted to cameras and taking photographs of virtually any and everything I encountered. My work, ranging from vivid fashion photography to thought-provoking documentaries, exemplifies my ability to capture each and every spontaneous moment possible. Three of my most influential photographers are Dorothea Lange, Vivian Maier and Gordon Parks. Their raw documentary style has always attracted me, and motivated me to imitate and transform their work into my very own. I've also made a conscious effort to work with all mediums of photography, from alternative to digital.
