Bobby Rivera started his professional photography career, accidentally. In order to avoid LA traffic, Bobby would drive out of his way to spend his evenings running at the beach where he would capture some of the most amazing sunsets with his iPhone.
When someone offered to buy one of his images, he knew it was time to invest in a real camera. As a lover of travel and exploration, Bobby has taken his camera everywhere he goes capturing some of the most iconic sights the world has to offer.
In early 2015, transitioned into the world of wedding, commercial and lifestyle photography, taking on projects & clients from all over North America. Bobby’s been a marketing professional for the past 12 years, with some of the worlds best known brands such as Adidas, Brooks Running, Nike & Columbia Sportswear, where he is currently marketing manager . His eye for detail and storytelling reflect in his photography. As a visual storyteller, Bobby’s objective with every image is to tell a story. He specializes in combining landscape and portrait photography. Bobby also has a passion for music and you can see evidence of that in his short music videos.
As a native Californian, Bobby spent most of his upbringing in Texas and after graduating from Baylor University, he moved back to the Southern California and currently based in Portland, Oregon.
