Bertha Louise Designs is named after my Nana, a wonderful lady who adored making beautiful things...and I have developed a passion for the same endeavor. I wish to share my love of vintage rhinestones, fabrics, laces, embellishments, and take the old and refashion them into new, reborn things of beauty...from cast off clothing, old jewelry, fabric and bottles and give them a new life and a new home...something to treasure and enjoy. Having been creative and thrifty my entire life has caused me to see the endless possibilities of what has been brought my way...to refashion, to give items a new life and to embellish the lives of others with what lovely dreams I wish to share...made into these bits of inspiration that I create. I have arrived to a time in my life in which I have developed a strong yearning to share what I see, to show people how to look at things differently and to simply enjoy the beauty and possibilities in the everyday.
