Visual Art – Portland
I am a mixed media painter. I am inspired most by color, the ocean, and all things whimsy. I’m highly attracted to the color turquoise and I weave it into just about everything I touch.
I primarily work in mixed media; collage and acrylic. However, I will use whatever I can get my hands on. I love to experiment with different mediums. I’ve used acrylics, oils, sharpies, ripped papers of many varying weights and styles, water-based paint pens, alcohol based marker, glitter, metallic based paint, black ink, and watercolor.
My art reflects what makes me smile. My pieces are playful. They tend to be vibrant, unpredictable, and carefree.
