Photography – Boston
Anna Ivanova is a photographer from Massachusetts. Born in Bulgaria, she grew up in Boston, but is a traveler at heart. Her passion is wildlife and travel photography, but she also works as a wedding, event, and family photographer. Her dream is to live in Costa Rica as a wildlife photographer, and to open a wildlife rehabilitation center. She hopes to have a small organic farm, that is as off the grid as possible, where she can care for her family and for her animals.
Anna\'s photography knowledge is completely self taught, starting as a teenager. She graduated from Boston Latin School in 2008, then took some time off to travel and work in between high school and college. Her favorite place to go is Costa Rica, but all her travels to Central and South America have always been a pleasure. Carrying just a backpack, half filled with camera equipment, the rest with t-shirts and socks, she loves to explore the forests with her husband Sean looking for monkeys and frogs.
When she\'s not traveling or taking photos, Anna enjoys riding her motorcycle, going to her husband\'s rock band shows, and exercising. Weekend motorcycle rides to New Hampshire are a favorite, with some camping equipment strapped down to the back of the bike. She\'s also the proud pet-parent of one super fuzzy cat Charlie, Stevie the bearded dragon, Freddy the chameleon, and Mazharin the frog. This big family is currently living happily just outside of Boston, in Fithcburg.
