Beauty – Dallas - Fort Worth
I am a Hair Artist from Dallas, Tx, that has been in the industry for over 15yrs now. I knew as early as 5 years old, I wanted to style hair because my grandmother, the late Myrtle Vivian Polk, whom was a licensed cosmetologist, first showed me how to braid my Barbie Dolls hair and I fell in Love!! Front that point, I watched everything she did, along with all of the other hair forces I was raised around, however, my grandmother was and still is my greatest influence! I'm a licensed cosmetology instructor for the state of Texas. I'm currently operating in an independent salon suite, in which I named MVP Beauty Studio, after my grandmother, of course! I am also an Artistic Educator and Brand Specialist for Pravana! I absolutely love what I do and don't see my self stopping anytime soon. I'm elated to see what the future holds as I continue to learn, grow and hopefully inspire!
