I am born and raised in San Diego but more specifically, Ramona, CA. I spent my 20’s thinking that I wanted to become a therapist and a NFL cheerleader. It took my forever but I got my degree in Psychology only to find out that makeup was the best therapy I could give myself and others. My other mission, to become a NFL cheerleader, was cut off when I tore my ACL dancing. At the time I thought my life was over, but that was so far from the truth. Not being able to dance forced me to find another avenue of expression which is when I found makeup and the rest has been, what I like to say, a blessing in disguise. Now I have been a makeup artist for MAC cosmetics for 3 years and recently been promoted to my dream position as a permanent artist at the MAC Fashion Valley store.
